Concept
Since the Jorakuen Munakata funeral hall was put into service in 1983, it has been undergoing repair and renovation work in accordance with the situation to prevent aging. This time, an expansion and renovation of the existing facility were planned to add a cremation furnace, a simple funeral service function, earthquake reinforcement of the facility, and other improvements to enhance services for users. Because the renovation work was to be carried out while the facility was still in use, the extension was constructed first, and the necessary temporary facilities were installed one after the other, while taking user safety into consideration.
