Concept
This is in the botanical garden of the Faculty of Science, Osaka City University. It is for botanical research from ecological and physiological prospects, and for the education of both university and society. We preserved the existent nature and plants of the area as much as possible, and also designed it compact to secure view from the garden path. The roof and exteriors are designed to bring out the material, and the inside is designed to enjoy the cycle of the seasons from the windows and stairwell.
