Concept

The complex adopts a "row of buildings" layout, in which the individual buildings are independent, but are connected like a mountain range, creating a synergistic harmony of the various landscape features and an attractive landscape as a whole. The building is composed of a group of village-like buildings with a motif of hipped roofs, similar to the dwellings of the Yayoi people, under the themes of "building a good community" and "yearning for a romantic world that transcends time and space. The library is a pleasant place to walk through, with streets, plazas, and alleys as the stage for daily life, and various scenes related to the history of the community unfold as people move about. The library, with a collection of 50,000 open-shelf books and 35,000 closed-shelf books, is a facility where users of other facilities can drop by and interact with each other.
