Tamagawa Gakuen Nursery

Concept

In response to the growing needs of those on the waiting list for nursery schools, this facility will provide childcare for 120 children aged 0 to 5 years old. Taking advantage of the difference in elevation of the adjacent kindergarten site, the parking lot, community childcare support office, and kitchen are located on the first floor, the entrance and 0-1 year old nursery on the second floor, and 2-5 year old nursery on the third floor, in cooperation with the kindergarten. The site is effectively utilized with rooftop greenery and with consideration for the surrounding environment.While taking into consideration the possibility of unifying nursery and kindergarten in accordance with changes in the social environment, the building embodies our desire to "provide a better educational and childcare environment for the children who will carry the future".
